ICECD conducted Needs assessment Study for Cherie Blair Foundation for Women to design, develop and deliver effective training support performance improvement for small scale women entrepreneurs in Maharashtra

Hundreds of existing rural women entrepreneurs were taken up as a sample identifying the gap to understand their current status and training needs were identified.

Based on the needs, ICECD designed and developed an "Enterprise Development Curriculum" and teaching material which was focusing on women entrepreneurs’ performance in managing production, machinery and finance management to grow. The income became more than double within six months of the training completed.
