International Centre for Entrepreneurship & Career Development (ICECD) is uniquely positioned to come out with path-breaking research in the field of Entrepreneurship Development for Urban, Rural, Tribal youth including, women. The Institute is very much involved in solving human population problem to enter and create their entrepreneurial journey.

It also solving industry and employee skills problem, which provides important and new research contexts and finding, which are unique for the enterprise and entrepreneurship development and the communities’ emerging economy.

The faculty provides both qualitative and quantitative surveys.

At ICECD, we use Research study surveys to explore new concepts through proper observation that facilitates taking the right decision towards creating various human capital development programmes. We focus on solving real-life problems by deriving enhanced knowledge which has an immediate application to improve performance.

In this pursuit of knowledge, we apply analysis, observation, exploration, description and explanation of the unexplored idea, facts or methodologies which enables to evolve a proper strategy for the policy makers, academic institutions, sponsors and government funding organisations.

Research unfolds many unexplored things that stimulate working capability and develops the understanding and decision-making of learners. Without research, one has to believe in his or her intuition or imagination which cannot be accurate. Hence, research becomes very important for scaling up performance and better results in creating entrepreneurship in the country.
