Research at ICECD

ICECD has carried out a wide range of research projects, for Countries, States, Districts etc. The Research and Evaluation projects activities includes Impact Assessment of the policy and programmes implemented, performance analysis of women entrepreneurs at National and International levels to develop various government strategy and policy programmes like analysis of government/international Donor programmes and its impact study, performance of the banks and its credit delivery etc. The study intends for the organisation’s study performance, and recipient performance. Another important area in which ICECD operates is to conduct Needs Assessment for Entrepreneurship Development Programme, design and curriculum development for the given area of the village, State, Nation and other countries. ICECD has conducted various studies and research in association with Central and State Government, Autonomous Institutions, Corporate Sector and International Agencies like USAID, IMOCEF, UNIFEM, CIDA, ILO, CARE, Small, Medium Entrepreneurship Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN), Commonwealth Federation, World Bank, International Finance Corporation (IFC) etc. These include both qualitative and quantitative surveys.
