Nurturing entrepreneurial qualities is crucial and Entrepreneurship courses are the need of the day. Particularly for Science and Technology background women, the programme aimed at bridging the gap between their technical knowledge and their ability to initiate and run an enterprise successfully.

Fashion Technology is the manufacturing process related to fashion which integrates the newest technologies comprising various aspects of designing, printing, quality control, marketing, merchandising of various textiles, apparels, garments and

accessories. ICECD initiated a unique program for Entrepreneurs in the field of Fashion Technology.

A six-week Entrepreneurship Development Training Programme of Fashion Technology for Garment Manufacturing which was implemented by ICECD and sponsored by Ministry of Science and Technology, New Delhi. Prof. (Dr.) N.R. Sheth, Vice Chancellor of Gujarat Technical University was the Chief Guest for the inauguration of this one-of-a-kind training programme for science and technology graduates.
