Many health problems are directly related to poor community hygiene, poor drainage system, water accumulation at various places, fewer trees in the village, etc.
In order to improve the environmental conditions in the village the below mentioned
Becoming self-reliant has iproved their socio-economic status and given them the motivation to grow their businesses thus improving their standard of living.
The project has empowered more women than men, thereby also setting in motion social reforms within the villages.
Tree Plantation Drive is conducted along with the Sarpanches, school principals, teachers, students, and other village dignitaries who are invited to be a port of the plantation program to help spread awareness within the community, across all age groups.
People are encouraged to create soak pits and kitchen gardens outside their houses in order to utilise the kitchen waste and waste water in a productive way and also maintain cleanliness in their surroundings.
