To revive life, and to build capacity to face further challenges in future, ICECD offers Skill based Technology Training in areas like Carpentry, Electrification, Plumbing, Sanitation, Fabrication, RCC and Pre-cast construction, thus creating livelihood options.
To reduce the vulnerability and develop capacity, ICECD offers training in self-employment and entrepreneurship through specially designed curriculum for men and women. This develops knowledge, skills and entrepreneurial competencies for people for successfully initiating, establishing and managing small/micro business.
ICECD PLAYED A PIVOTAL ROLE IN THE REHABILITATION OF THE EARTHQUAKE-HIT AREAS OF BHUJ. REACHING OUT TO THOUSANDS OF VICTIMS IN THE DISTRICTS OF ANJAR, BHAACHAU AND RAPAR, MANY A LIVES HAVE BEEN REVIVED THROUGH SUSTAINABLE SOCIO-ECONOMIC EMPLOYMENT
