Children dropping out or not attending school has consequences. It results in loss in productivity of the education system. To address the issue, specific focus is being given on developing the children’s focus on future, clear their doubts and fears, showcase the opportunities locally and globally as well as sharing the importance of education at large through these workshops. Girls and boys between the age of 15 – 18 are being empowered.

Teacher’s Training:
The focus for training the existing teachers on – Mathematics Teaching Methods, Innovative Language Teaching Methods and Innovative Teaching Methods every year.
